Closing date for the competition is 31st May 2008. Entries received after this date will not be accepted. Promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 years and over who hold a valid passport except employees and families of Net Flights, its agencies, or anyone professionally associated with the promotion.

The prize draw winner will be the first entry randomly drawn by an independent observer.

Prize:
The prize includes one pair of Club World Business Class return flights to New York courtesy of British Airways, plus 2 nights stay at the 5* Mandarin Oriental New York.
The travel period offered is valid until 31st January 2009 and tickets must be booked before 31st July 2008 and are subject to availability. The prize-winner must be one of the passengers flying. The winner may choose an accompanying travel partner and both travellers must fly on the same outward and return flights. If the winner does not choose an accompanying travel partner, the other ticket will be forfeited. The winning passengers are responsible for all taxes, fees and charges associated with this prize. All participants should take out adequate travel insurance. The prize is non-transferable. In the event of a dispute, the decision of Net Flights shall be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into. No cash alternative will be offered in whole or part.

An agent will book the prizes on Netflights.com with guidance from the winner. All travel is subject to availability and may exclude bank holidays. Blackout dates may apply. 

Net Flights shall be entitled to terminate or modify the promotion or to modify these rules at any time prior to the closing date by publishing any such modification or termination on the Netflights.com website. The prize-winners may be required to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from this promotion.
The prize-winner will be awarded on a fair and random basis and all prizes have been made available for distribution. Details of the prize-winners can be obtained by sending a self-addressed envelope 7 days after the closing date to the address below.
